DESCRIPTION: The project is development of multi- mixed use residential buildings constructed in phases I, II, IV. Each building composed of two Basement floors, Ground, and Typical floors. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainable design and supervise the construction activities. Multiple strategies have been applied, such as enhanced fresh air requirement to provide better livable space for the occupants.
